Looking for a way to burn some calories and ease a little stress? Fitness consultant Todd Whitemore suggests a lunchtime walk. "You can eat a quick lunch at your desk and plan a brisk 30-minute walk across downtown or through a park," Whitemore says. For those employees who work in an office park or a secluded area, Whitemore suggests using the parking lot or nearby sidewalks for your daily routine. If that's still not possible, you can take a drive to the nearest mall and walk.
