Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Assaults:

Police arrested a 60-year-old man for felony domestic violence assault and misdemeanor misconduct involving weapons at 8:24 p.m. Monday in the Mendenhall Valley area. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center. Police believe alcohol was a factor in the incident.

Thefts:

A Pentax camera, valued at $200, was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle at 9:56 a.m. Monday near Glacier Highway.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

A man reported at 9:57 p.m. Monday from North Street that an unknown substance was poured into the gas tank of his 1993 Toyota 4x4 truck.

Hit-and-run incidents:

A woman reported at 12:33 p.m. Monday that an unknown vehicle struck her 1998 Chrysler Sebring while it was parked between 11:40 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Monday. The vehicle sustained a scratched hood and a broken hood ornament.
