Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Drunken driving:
• Police arrested Joan Niemi, 60, on a drunken driving charge at 1:09 a.m. Wednesday. They lodged her at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded the vehicle she had been driving.
Theft:
• A woman reported at 1:25 p.m. Tuesday that $2 in loose change was stolen from her unlocked Toyota the previous night near North Franklin Street.
• A man reported the license plates to his black Mitsubishi stolen at 5:07 p.m. Tuesday near Glacier Avenue.
Vandalism:
• A woman reported at 1:05 p.m. Tuesday that a window on her 1995 Chevrolet Cavalier was broken out near Delta Drive.
Traffic stops:
• Police cited a man, 24, on a charge of driving without a license at 12:42 p.m. Tuesday on Roger Street in the West Juneau area. Police released the man but impounded the vehicle he was driving.
• Police cited a woman, 24, on a charge of driving with a suspended license at 8:59 p.m. Tuesday. Police released her but impounded the vehicle she was driving.
