Here are the Alaska Sportswriters High School Basketball Polls, as voted on by statewide sports reporters and compiled by the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner. The poll lists each team with first-place votes in parentheses, records through games of Feb. 2, total poll points and previous rank in the poll. Points are awarded on a 5-4-3-2-1 basis. The notation "rna" means record not available.

STATE WRESTLING

TEAM CHAMPIONS

The Alaska state high school wrestling team champions since the 1974-75 school year. The state had one single classification for the 1974-75 through 1978-79 school years, a single tournament with two size divisions for the 1979-80 through 1985-86 school years, two separate tournaments based on size classifications for the 1985-86 through 1999-2000 school years, unclassified fall and spring seasons for the 2000-01 and 2001-02 school years, and a return to size classification for the 2002-03 school year.
