Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• At 2:30 a.m. Saturday near Cordova Street, police arrested Leoni Johnson, 41, on charges of drunken driving and reckless endangerment. Her vehicle was impounded, and she was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Vehicle accidents:

• Police cited a man, 45, on a speed violation after an accident at 12:22 p.m. Thursday in which the 1997 Ford truck he was driving slid on the Douglas Bridge and knocked down a signal for pedestrians at Egan Drive and 10th Street. Total damage was estimated at $1,000.

• Police cited a man, 48, on a charge of careless driving after an accident at 1:03 p.m. Thursday on Spruce Street downtown. He was listed as the driver of a 2002 Ford bus that slid into a 1984 Cadillac. Damage to each vehicle was listed at $500.

• Police cited a woman, 39, on charges of failing to take due care to avoid an accident and failing to carry proof of insurance, after an accident at 3:20 p.m. Thursday on Glacier Highway and Sherwood Lane. She was driving a 1986 Toyota car that was involved in an accident with a 1986 Toyota truck driven by a man, 18. The man was cited on a charge of failing to carry proof of insurance. The truck reportedly was totaled. Damage to the car was estimated at $2,500.

• A 1993 Toyota truck reportedly struck a 1995 Ford Taurus at 8:31 a.m. Friday on Whittier Street at Egan Drive downtown. No damage estimate was available.

• At 10:52 a.m. Friday on Amalga Street in the Valley, a 1991 Subaru reportedly struck a 1989 Accura Integra. No damage estimate was available.


• At 4:20 p.m. Friday near Glacier Avenue, a woman reported the theft of a purse.

• At 2 a.m. Saturday near Jennifer Drive, a man, 43, was arrested on a charge of theft of services. He was lodged at the state prison.
