Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

• Dorothy Webster, 43, was arrested for drunken driving at 11:36 p.m. Thursday near Davis Avenue and Mountain Avenue. She was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Assaults:

• Police arrested a woman, 22, for domestic violence assault at 3:13 a.m. today in the downtown area.

Thefts:

• A Motorola cell phone was reported stolen at 1:03 p.m. Thursday from an unmarked vehicle parked near Auke Lake Way.

Vehicle accidents:

• Police cited a man, 30, following a two-vehicle accident at 6:32 p.m. Thursday near Stephen Richards Drive and Loop Road for failure to yield.

• A blue 1982 Nissan, driven by a man, struck a green 2001 Mitsubishi at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Stephen Richards Memorial Drive and Loop Road. The Nissan was totaled and the Mitsubishi sustained $6,500.

Hit-and-run incidents:

• A white Ford truck was reported struck by an unknown vehicle at 3:23 p.m. Thursday near Glacier Highway. Damage was estimated at $1,500.
