Recent births at the Bartlett Regional Hospital:

• On Jan. 28, 2010, a daughter, Kaitlyn Scarlett Idell Woods, weighing 7 pounds, 11 ounces, to Crystal Lynn Ellis and Harley Chadwick Woods, of Juneau.

Marriage licenses

The following are marriage licenses recently filed with the state Bureau of Vital Statistics in Juneau:

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Alan Munro, 57, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 12, 2008, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended, fined Munro $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• John Perrin, 24, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from an Aug. 22, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .150 percent. Sivertsen imposed 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended, fined Perrin $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.

• Albert Frank Dick, 44, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from a Sept. 5, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .243 percent. Sivertsen imposed 365 days in jail with 240 days suspended, fined Dick $4,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for three years and put him on probation for four years.

• Rockwell Selvig, 45, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from an Oct. 8, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .275 percent. Sivertsen imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Selvig $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Brenda McInturff, 48, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from a Nov. 28, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .268 percent. Sivertsen imposed 180 days in jail with 140 days suspended, fined McInturff $3,000 with none suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for three years.

• Casey Muir, 23, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from a Dec. 27, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Sivertsen imposed 365 days in jail with 325 days suspended, fined Muir $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.

• Tyson Brooks, 41, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from a Jan. 16, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .168 percent. Sivertsen imposed 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended, fined Brooks $4,000 with $1,000 suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for two years.
