• On Jan. 23, 2009, a daughter, Bella Ivette Rivera, weighing 6 pounds, 11 ounces, to Vera Lumbab and Jason Rivera, of Juneau.

• On Feb. 3, 2009, a son, Arguel Samuel Guerra, weighing 9 pounds, 2 ounces, to Ariana Hartmann, of Juneau.

Recent births at Bartlett Regional Hospital:

• On Jan. 25, 2009, a son, Johnny Blaze Hunter, weighing 7 pounds, to Raven Kae Jackson and Guy Marvin Hunter, of Angoon.

• On Jan. 26, 2009, a daughter, Aaliyah Jayde Faulk, weighing 8 pounds, 10 ounces, to Oivia Kathleen Olsen and Christopher James Faulk, of Juneau.

• On Jan. 26, 2009, a son, Calista Star Sellers, weighing 7 pounds, 6 ounces, to Brynn Marie and Azri-el Izaih Sellers, of Juneau.

• On Jan. 28, 2009, a son, Rylan Nello Llanto, weighing 7 pounds, 15 ounces, to Amy Sohee Henderson and Shane Michael Llanto, of Juneau.

• On Jan. 31, 2009, a daughter, Cleo Diamond Kathrine Serenity Miyasato, weighing 9 pounds, 7 ounces, to Leslie Francis Sadie Katherine Miyasato and Dalton John Kalmakoff, of Douglas.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Matthew Thrasher, 28, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Sept. 14, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .223 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Thrasher $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• John Perrin, 23, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Nov. 1, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .169 percent. Sivertsen imposed 43 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Perrin $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• William Drake Jr., 45, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Nov. 25, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .109 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Drake $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Dylan Listberger, 18, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Nov. 28, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .126 percent. Sivertsen imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Listberger $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for one year.

• Bennett Tackett, 31, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Dec. 11, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .199 percent. Sivertsen imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Tackett $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.
