Experts at work

Gov. Murkowski recently announced his intention to gut fisheries protection by moving ADF&G's Habitat Division over to the Department of Natural Resources. Anyone with any experience knows that the hacks over DNR have zero credibility and will never lift a finger to protect a stream.

That said, the real humor in all of this is watching all the various minions running around saying it's cool, when it's blatantly obvious they're just kissing up to the governor because they want something. Look! There's one who wants a job. Look! There's another who should be representing the commercial fishermen. So on so forth.

Alaska is a really fun place. I like it here and I especially enjoy the news. I haven't figured out how to get my cut just yet, but I'm keeping my eye on the experts.
