Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:


• At 8:24 p.m. Wednesday, a man, 54, told police he was assaulted in Marine Park downtown by a woman, 46.


• A 1977 Chevrolet Camaro was reported stolen at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 8600 block of Airport Boulevard.

• A black compact disc case was reported stolen at 4:48 p.m. Wednesday from an unlocked vehicle in the 100 block of Behrends Avenue downtown. The case reportedly contained 50 to 70 CDs. The loss was estimated at $620.

Hit and run:

• At 1:02 p.m. Wednesday, a woman reported her 1995 Subaru was struck by an unknown vehicle while it was parked in the 5200 block of Commercial Boulevard in the Lemon Creek area.

Traffic stop:

• Police impounded a vehicle at 12:37 a.m. Thursday in the 11300 block of Glacier Highway after citing its driver, a man, 23, on a charge of driving without a valid license.

Found property:

• A black and silver drum was turned over to police at 9:39 a.m. Thursday after it was reportedly found in the 9400 block of Glacier Highway near the airport.
