Battling a headache while trying to finish a project on deadline can be a real, well, headache. A recent survey of more than 1,400 working adults conducted by the Institute of Health Productivity Management shows that more than one-third have at least one bad headache per month. Among those who say their frequent bad headaches affect their work, about half report that their headaches made them work less effectively or decreased their productivity. One-third also reported having to leave work early or rest in their office.
