A 16-year-old boy was arrested at 11:36 p.m. and charged with assault near 9200 Hurlock Avenue. He was lodged at the Johnson Youth Center.
A 27 year-old man was arrested at 12:52 a.m. and charged with assault near 200 Front Street. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Burglary:
Police received a report at 9:15 a.m. Friday about a residence being broken into near 5800 Pine Street.
Drunken driving:
John Niemi, 56, was arrested at 1:29 a.m. Friday and charged with driving under the influence and failing a breathalyzer test near 1500 Third Street in Douglas. He was lodged at the state prison, and the vehicle was impounded.
Tristan Skelton, 20, was arrested at 3:01 a.m. Friday for driving while intoxicated and cited for underage consumption of alcohol. He was lodged at the state prison, and the vehicle was impounded.
Hit-and-run:
A 42-year-old man reported at 10:49 p.m. Thursday that his car had been struck by an unknown driver near Egan Drive.
Theft:
A 20-year-old man reported at 2:02 p.m. Thursday that his truck was broken into near 1800 Shell Simmons Drive, and multiple items were taken worth a total of $1,180.
Police received a report at 9:48 a.m. Friday about a stolen cell phone valued at $250.
A 41-year-old man reported at 8:52 a.m. Friday that his 2006 Chevrolet was rifled through the night previous at 700 Gold Street, and 25 compact discs were taken.
Underage drinking:
Two teens were cited at 10:13 p.m. Thursday for underage consumption of alcohol near 9000 Mendenhall Loop Road.
Vandalism:
A 57-year-old man reported at 10:51 p.m. Thursday that a chair had been thrown through a window near 200 South Franklin Street.
A 59-year-old man reported at 8:25 a.m. Friday vandalism to a bathroom wall near 2400 Mendenhall Loop Road.
