Juneau police and fire officials and state police reported:

Attempt to serve:

• At about 4:35 p.m. Wednesday, a 38-year-old male was arrested on a Juneau arrest warrant in the 6200 block of Alaway Avenue. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center on no bail.


• At about 6:40 p.m. Wednesday, a 20-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct on Mendenhall Mall Road. He was released.

Drunken driving:

• At about 12:15 a.m. Thursday, Allen Fulwiler, 35, was arrested for drunken driving, and was additionally charged with refusal, on Egan Drive.

Drug activity:

• At about 9:45 p.m. Wednesday, drugs were confiscated for destruction in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.


• At about 1:10 p.m. Wednesday, a 42-year-old woman reported a 22-year-old woman wrote 15 checks, totaling $3,930.47, that were returned for non-sufficient funds in the 5200 block of Commercial Boulevard. Investigation continues.


• At about 9:50 p.m. Wednesday, a 22-year-old man reported the theft of an iPhone ($200), a Visa card and a commercial fishing crew license ($150) in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

• At about 10:15 a.m. Thursday, a 26-year-old man reported the stereos ($150) stolen from inside his unlocked vehicles and damage to the interior of one of the vehicles ($150) in the 9400 block of LaPerouse Avenue.

Traffic stop:

• At about 8:10 p.m. Wednesday, a 16-year-old man was cited for driving without a license on Channel Vista Drive. His vehicle was impounded.

• At about 11:50 p.m. Wednesday, a black 1994 Honda Civic was impounded as an unsafe vehicle in the 5100 block of Glacier Highway. The driver was cited for operating an unsafe vehicle.

Vehicle accident:

• At about 8:27 p.m. Wednesday, a 19-year-old man was cited for careless driving after his gold Toyota went off the roadway. Damage was unknown.
