How long with the fire service: Almost 2 years
Why did you join the fire service: To be perfectly honest, my boss at the time told me about CCF&R’s scholarship and had only good things to say about being a member of the dept. Sounded like a good idea to me. Best decision ever.
Favorite aspect of the fire service: Being part of a team that makes a
difference in someone’s day.
Reason for nomination: Logan has just finished his preceptor program, which means he can do independent patient care. He has also taken on the responsibly of “house mom” at the Douglas station and is currently in charge of 5 other live-ins. He is also a shift lead and assists the Lieutenant with their duties.
