Federal Subsistence Board seeking comments on including rural subsistence members

The Federal Subsistence Board, acting for the Secretaries of the Interior and Agriculture, is seeking comments on a proposed regulatory change to expand the board to include two public members representing rural Alaska subsistence users.

Public comments on the proposed rule will be accepted through April 12, and the board will meet to review the comments on May 3. The board will present a recommendation to the secretaries, who will make a final determination.
