Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Steven D. Muetze, 47, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from an Aug. 23, 2008, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 365 days in jail with 335 suspended, fined Muetze $6,000 with $3,000 suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for five years.
Collin Rymek, 27, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from a Sept. 22, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .195 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended, fined Rymek $1,500 with none suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for three years.
Robert Locke, 34, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 4, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .238 percent. Levy imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Locke $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
