Park Service seek comments on cabin replacement

ANCHORAGE - The National Park Service is accepting public comments for a proposal to replace a deteriorating patrol cabin at Katmai National Park and Preserve.
An environmental assessment for the proposed Swikshak patrol cabin replacement is now available for viewing on the Park Service's Web site.
Park officials say the project could begin as early as this summer if it is approved and funded.
The comment period runs through March 3.
