Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Police arrested a man, 27, and a woman, 28, on charges of violating a domestic-violence restraining order at 10 p.m. Sunday in the Mendenhall Valley. Both were lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Three rental video discs were reported stolen at 3:25 p.m. Sunday from a Subaru Impreza in the 8700 block of Glacier Avenue near the airport.
Four tires from a Ford truck and Subaru Legacy were reported punctured at 8:41 a.m. Monday in the 11600 block of Auke Street.
Police arrested a boy, 16, on a charge of criminal trespassing at 11:56 a.m. Monday in the 1600 block of Glacier Avenue downtown. Police released him to a youth facility. From the same incident, they arrested a boy, 16, on a warrant charging him with failing to appear in court, failure to pay fines and failure to obey the conditions of his probation from a conviction for underage drinking.
At 4:13 p.m. Sunday, a 2005 Dodge Neon, driven by a woman, 30, and 1983 Chevrolet Blazer, driven by a man, 24, were involved in an accident in the 3400 block of Foster Avenue in the Douglas area. Damage to the Neon was reported at $3,000. The report did not include any damage to the Blazer.
Minor damage was reported in an accident involving 2000 Subaru Forester, driven by a woman, 33, that allegedly rear-ended a 2003 Subaru Legacy, driven by a woman, 44, at 5:28 p.m. Sunday on Mendenhall Mall Road.
Police cited a man, 22, on a charge of unsafe backing after the 2003 Chevrolet he was driving struck a 1997 Dodge operated by a boy, 16, at 7:39 a.m. Monday near Mendenhall Loop Road and Glacier Highway. Damage was estimated at $1,000 to the Chevrolet and $500 to the Dodge.
Police impounded a vehicle a 1:54 a.m. Monday in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive after citing the driver, a man, 22, on a charge of driving without a license.
