True North Federal Credit Union CEO Lauren MacVay, left, shakes hands with Thunder Mountain High School Principal Patti Bippus during the last staff meeting of the first semester at TMHS. At the meeting, MacVay and Bill Peters, True North's vice president of Corporate Development, were on hand to surprise the faculty with T-shirts in the school colors, with the school mascot. The T-shirts also are emblazoned with the message "Failure isn't an option," an expression of the schools philosophy - the dream that every student will succeed. "The staff is honored to be the recipients of these shirts and will wear them with pride," Bippus said.
