Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Police arrested Shawn Taylor, 30, on a charge of drunken driving at 1:12 a.m. Wednesday on Hospital Drive. Police also charged Taylor with driving while his license was revoked and lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Domestic dispute:

• Police arrested a man, 27, on a charge of domestic-violence assault at 6 p.m. Tuesday near North Douglas Highway. They lodged him at the state prison.

Theft:

• At 3:24 p.m. Tuesday, police received a report of tools being stolen near Glacier Highway. A miter saw was valued at $800. An air nailer was valued at $500. Various hand tools were valued at $200.

• At 4:24 p.m. Tuesday, a man reported the theft of a white Simms Project Hex snowboard and a black Simms Fusion X snowboard from his unlocked Toyota truck on Marine Way. Each snowboard was valued at $600.

• At 6:04 p.m. Tuesday a woman reported the window of her Chevrolet Tahoe was broken and her purse stolen near Marine Way. The woman valued the purse at $50 and estimated $200 in damage to the window.

• A man, 18, was lodged in the state prison after being placed under citizens arrest on a charge of failing to pay for services at 5:06 a.m. Wednesday near Stephen Richards Drive in the Mendenhall Valley. Police also cited him on a charge of underage drinking.

Vandalism:

• At 10:25 a.m. Wednesday, a woman reported her newspaper delivery box was run over by an unknown vehicle on Aspen Avenue in the Mendenhall Valley.

Underage drinking:

• Police cited a boy, 16, on a charge of underage drinking at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday near Stephen Richards Memorial Drive in the Mendenhall Valley.

Traffic stops:

• Police cited a man, 38, on a charge of driving without a valid license at 1:41 a.m. Wednesday on Glacier Highway in the Lemon Creek area. They released the man and impounded the vehicle he was driving.

• Police cited a woman, 21, on a charge of driving without a valid license at 1:49 a.m. Wednesday at Gold and Fourth streets downtown. They released the woman and impounded the vehicle she was driving.

• Police cited a woman, 30, on a charge of driving without a valid license at 5:01 a.m. Wednesday on outbound Egan Drive at Vanderbilt Hill Road. They released her and impounded the vehicle she was driving.

Found property:

• At 4:36 p.m. Tuesday, a man brought a men's BMX bicycle into the police department. He reported finding it on Davis Avenue in the Lemon Creek area. Police placed the bike in safekeeping.

• At 11: 44 a.m. Wednesday, a man brought police a wallet he found near at Mendenhall Loop and Glacier Spur roads. Police placed it in safekeeping, pending contact with the owner.
