Nelz Barnett, an employee for Rainbow Builders, cleans the floor Monday at the Alaska State Museum, after removing the carpet. The 30-year-old museum carpet is being replaced for the next week and a half. Museum staff are taking precautions to protect the exhibits, such as the Thunderbird Screen behind Barnett.
