Lisa a 'no show' on Iraq resolution

I've been noticing for some time that the Empire has been increasingly lax regarding localizing wire service copy. Sometimes this has hilarious results, as in the recent Associated Press story that told us all where in Alaska Juneau was located.

Sometimes this has results that cause a major point to go unnoticed as in Sunday's lead story about the Iraq resolution that failed to tell us how Sen. Lisa Murkowski voted. I had to read the Seattle Times to find out.

Sunday's headline should have read: "Senate gridlocks on Iraq resolution - Lisa a no show."
