Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Hit and run:

• A 51-year-old man reported Monday that his 2002 Toyota was hit by an unknown vehicle Saturday night in the 1600 block of Glacier Avenue. The amount of damage was unknown.

• A 2004 Chevrolet was reported hit by an unknown vehicle Monday afternoon in the 5200 block of Commercial Boulevard. Damage was estimated at $600.

• A 33-year-old man reported Tuesday morning that his 2007 Honda Civic was hit by an unknown vehicle during the night in the 6300 block of Glacier Highway.


• A 20-year-old man on Monday afternoon reported the theft of a cell phone valued at $550 in the 800 block of Glacier Highway.

• A 54-year-old woman Monday night reported the theft of a red shoulder bag containing a wallet and cash in the 600 block of West Willoughby Avenue. The purse was later recovered, minus the cash.


• A 41-year-old man was cited and released for criminal trespassing Monday afternoon in the 1600 block of Glacier Avenue.


• A 25-year-old man and a 38-year-old man were arrested early Tuesday morning on charges of assault in the 100 block of South Franklin Street. They were lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Domestic dispute:

• A 23-year-old woman was arrested on two counts of domestic violence assault in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive. She was lodged at the state prison.
