Recent births at the Bartlett Regional Hospital:

• On Feb. 6, 2010, a daughter, Breann Taylor Boon, weighing 8 pounds, 4 ounces, to Tami Ann Stuart and Wilson Tylor Boon, of Wrangell.

• On Feb. 7, 2010, a son, Nathanal Allen Lott, weighing 6 pounds, 2 ounces, to Amber Dawn Ladd, of Juneau.

• On Feb. 11, 2010, a daughter, Aubrey Andes Revestir, weighing 6 pounds, 5 ounces, to Mary Gretta Navarro and Dicks Colendres Revestir, of Juneau.

• On Feb. 15, 2010, a daughter, Lacie Ann Whitehead, weighing 7 pounds, to Monica Faith and Lynn Allen Whitehead, of Juneau.

The following are marriage licenses recently filed with the state Bureau of Vital Statistics in Juneau:

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Timothy P. Harrington, 39, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from a Nov. 21, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .275 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended, fined Harrington $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.

• Jenette K. Spenser, 46, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Nov. 29, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .238 percent. Levy imposed 75 days in jail with 55 days suspended, fined Spenser $5,000 with $2,000 suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for three years.

• Travis Wells, 31, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 31, 2010, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 45 days in jail with 40 suspended, fined Wells $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Eddie Rowe, 52, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from a Feb. 8, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .145 percent. Levy imposed 365 days in jail with 325 days suspended, fined Rowe $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.
