The Numi Group, a Fairbanks-based technology consulting firm, has hired Alison Elgee and Andy Kline in Juneau to assist with implementation and rollout of the new State of Alaska Child Welfare Information system in partnership with software developer AMS.
Elgee has more than 25 years of experience in public sector management and policy development in Alaska. She worked as director of the Office of Management and Budget for the governor's office and served as deputy commissioner of administration.
Kline has worked in communications for 15 years in both the private and public sector. He served as webmaster for the state and helped author the State of Alaska Telecommunications and Information Technology Plan.
The Numi Group is owned by Douglas Toelle and Carone Sturm of Fairbanks.
