Organization description: Alaska Health Fair provides an opportunity throughout Alaska for community health education and medical screenings.

Volunteer opportunities: Volunteers are needed to staff the fair from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 6-7. Medical volunteers can be doctors, nurses (RN, LPN, CNA), lab techs or EMTs interested in doing phlebotomy, check-out and evaluation interviews, taking blood pressures or offering special screenings. Non-medical volunteers are also needed to help with snacks, registration, crowd control and other various tasks.
