Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:


• About 120 tablets of Vicodin, a prescription pain reliever, were reported stolen at 4:17 p.m. Wednesday from a vehicle in the Juneau area.

• A purse was reported stolen at 4:55 p.m. Wednesday in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard in the Mendenhall Valley.

• Police arrested Raymond Caldwell III, 30, on a felony warrant charging him with violating the conditions of his pretrial release as part of a shoplifting incident reported at 9:58 p.m. Wednesday. Police also charged Caldwell with concealment of merchandise.

• The removable faceplate for a car stereo was reported stolen at 10:18 p.m. Wednesday from a 1995 Jeep Wrangler on La Perouse Avenue near the airport.

• A 50-foot extension cord was reported stolen at 7:53 a.m. Thursday in the 8200 block of Aspen Avenue in the Valley.

• A car stereo was reported stolen at 9:30 a.m. Thursday from an unlocked vehicle in the 8700 block of Hayes Way in the Valley.


• The rear window of a 1990 Plymouth Voyager was reported broken out at 5:09 p.m. Wednesday in the 4400 block of Julep Street in the Valley.

Vehicle accidents:

• Police found a 2003 Chevrolet truck at 1:56 a.m. Thursday in a ditch at Glacier Highway in the Auke Bay area. They impounded it after being unable to locate the owner.

Lost property:

• A card table, folding chair and four empty backpacks were reported lost at 2:14 p.m. Wednesday near Shattuck Way downtown.

Calls related to alcohol: 0.
