Driving while intoxicated:
Stanley Francis Deland, 43, was arrested for drunken driving and reckless endangerment at 1:17 a.m. Friday near 12th and F streets. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Edward Garity, 27, was arrested on charges of drunken driving and refusing to take a breath test at about 1:50 a.m. Saturday on Marine Way. He was lodged at the state prison and his vehicle was impounded.
Anne Berg, 31, was arrested on a charge of drunken driving shortly after 3 a.m. Saturday at Jordan Avenue and Mallard Street. She was lodged at the state prison and her vehicle was impounded.
Derek Nelson, 22, was arrested on charges of drunken driving and misconduct involving a weapon at about 3:50 a.m. Saturday on Marine Way. He was lodged at the state prison and his vehicle was impounded.
Renee Frances Rawson, 20, was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at about 4:50 a.m. Saturday near the federal building. She was lodged at the state prison and her vehicle was impounded.
A parked 2000 Ford Taurus was struck by an unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run accident reported at 10:27 a.m. Friday near Marlintini's parking lot.
Police received a report at about 4:20 p.m. Friday that a 1996 Jeep was struck by an unknown vehicle on Behrends Avenue. Damage to the Jeep was estimated at $2,000.
Police received a report at about 11 a.m. Saturday that a Nokia cell phone, valued at $75, was stolen in the Juneau area and later recovered and returned to the owner.
A 19-year-old man was cited for underage drinking at about 12:30 a.m. Saturday on Glacierwood Drive. He was left in the care of his mother.
A 2000 Mazda sustained approximately $3,500 in damage in a two-vehicle accident reported at 12:53 p.m. Thursday near Kanata Street. The other vehicle, a 2003 Ford F-350, was not damaged.
A 2001 Subaru Legacy sustained $2,500 in damage in a two-vehicle accident reported at 2:58 p.m. Thursday near University Drive and Back Loop Road.
At 8:38 a.m. Friday, a two-car accident between a 1990 Subaru Legacy and a 2001 Dodge Caravan was reported near Egan and Highland drives. The Subaru sustained $2,500 in damage, and the Dodge sustained $1,000 in damage.
A 23-year-old woman was cited for careless driving at 8:48 a.m. Friday near Egan Drive and Mendenhall Loop Road after driving her 2004 Nissan into a Ford Explorer. The Nissan sustained $12,000 in damage, while the Ford sustained $6,000 in damage.
A two-vehicle accident was reported at 9:15 a.m. Friday near Mendenhall Mall and Mendenhall Loop roads, but both vehicles were gone when officers arrived.
At 9:16 a.m. Friday, a woman reported a bus was struck by a vehicle near Mendenhall Loop Road and Glacier Highway.
At 9:56 a.m. Friday, a 40-year-old woman drove her 1994 white Ford into a 45-year-old woman's 1998 red Chevrolet Monte Carlo near Birch Lane and Mendenhall Boulevard.
A 47-year-old man drove his 1999 Jeep into a 2002 Chevrolet in a two-vehicle accident reported at 10:31 a.m. Friday near Glacier Highway and Shell Simmons Drive.
A 31-year-old woman was transported to Bartlett Regional Hospital at 10:32 a.m. Friday, after a two-vehicle accident near Egan and Riverside drives.
A 40-year-old man was cited for speeding at 11:13 a.m. Friday near outbound Egan and Highland drives, after he crashed his 1999 Oldsmobile into a 1989 GMC. Both cars were totaled.
A 27-year-old woman drove her 1999 Ford into a 1997 Mazda in a two-vehicle accident near Mendenhall Loop and Glacier Spur roads. Damage was unknown.
A three-vehicle accident was reported shortly after noon Friday at Egan and Riverside drives. The vehicles involved were a 1996 Subaru, driven by a 65-year-old woman; a Toyota truck, driven by a 45-year-old man, and a Dodge truck, driven by a 48-year-old man. The driver of the Subaru was cited for failing to maintain a safe distance.
A 1998 Chevrolet Cavalier, driven by a 39-year-old man, struck a GMC van, driven by a 42-year-old man, shortly before 1 p.m. Friday at Egan Drive and Glacier Highway.
A 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier, driven by a 45-year-old man, struck a Dodge Charger, driven by a man of unknown age, at about 1:30 p.m. Friday at Atlin Drive and Mendenhall Loop Road. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Cavalier was estimated at $500.
A 22-year-old man reported at about 1:45 p.m. Friday his Toyota Camry rolled over on Fish Creek Road. No injuries were reported and no damage estimate was provided.
A Dodge Ram pickup, driven by a 28-year-old woman, was rear-ended by a Volkswagon Jetta, driven by a 54-year-old man, shortly after 2 p.m. Friday on Mendenhall Loop and Mendenhall Mall roads. No injuries were reported. No damage estimate was available.
A 17-year-old boy driving a 2002 Dodge was cited at about 2:25 p.m. Friday at Egan Drive and Salmon Creek Road after the Dodge hit a 1993 Plymouth, driven by a 37-year-old man. The Plymouth sustained $5,000 in damage and the Dodge received $2,500 in damage.
A two-vehicle accident was reported at about 2:45 p.m. Friday on University Drive. A man, age unknown, was cited for driving whithout a license and his vehicle was impounded.
A 47-year-old woman reported at about 4:15 p.m. Friday that her rental car, a Ford Taurus, was struck while parked by a vehicle driving by a man. No damage estimate for the Ford Taurus was available.
Police received a report of a two-vehicle accident at about 4:40 p.m. Friday at Mendenhall Mall and Mendenhall Loop roads. A 1999 Ford sustained $2,000 damage.
