ANCHORAGE - A juvenile and a man out of jail for one day have been charged with an east Anchorage shooting.
Twenty-eight-year-old Jack "Flaco" Espinoza and a 15-year-old boy are charged with shooting 36-year-old Samuel Colgrove just after 4:30 p.m. Tuesday. Colgrove, hit in the torso, is listed as stable.
Police Lt. Dave Parker said the juvenile is believed to be the shooter. He and Espinoza are charged with assault and weapons misconduct, with bail set at $100,000 for the older man.
Espinoza until Monday had been jailed on weapons and vehicle theft charges. Police said he was out on bail with an ankle monitor, which he cut off.
Police found Espinoza hiding in the back of a sport utility vehicle at the Northway Mall. The teen was found at his home.
