Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

A man reported at 7:15 p.m. Monday near Gold Street that a window on his vehicle was broken sometime between 4 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. Monday.

Vehicle accidents:

Police cited a 44-year-old man for careless driving following a two-vehicle accident at 8:41 a.m. Monday near Loop Road and Mall Road. A blue 1977 Ford truck, driven by the man, struck the rear of a silver 1988 Ford Escort, driven by a man, 47. The truck sustained $100 damage, while the Escort sustained $6,000 in damage.

No one was injured when a 1996 Dodge Caravan struck a 1985 gray Honda Accord at 4:53 p.m. Monday near Cordova Street and Douglas Highway. The Honda sustained $2,000 in damage, and the caravan was not damaged.

Hit-and-run incidents:

A woman reported at 2:07 a.m. today from Hospital Drive that her parked vehicle had been struck by another vehicle. The vehicle sustained $500 in damage.
