Former Juneau resident Nancy Ann Murray, 65, died Feb. 12, 2005, in Phoenix, Ariz.
She was born Oct. 21, 1939, in Glendale, Calif., to Orville and Dolly Tracy. She lived in numerous places, including California, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska.
She was a fan of baseball and golf, loved to read and enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends, especially her husband of 38 years, Jim, her family said.
She is survived by her husband Jim; mother Dolly Tracy; sister Vicki Duvernay and her husband Tony; and son Jim Murray and his wife Susan.
A rosary and funeral service were held Feb. 18 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Phoenix. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Nancy's name to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
