Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Domestic violence:

• A 40-year-old man was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault at 8:53 p.m. Monday in the 9000 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Theft:

• A rear window of a 1989 Dodge van was reported stolen at 7:47 a.m. Tuesday in the 2200 block of Crow Hill Drive in Douglas.

• Two American flags were reported stolen at 9:36 a.m. Tuesday from flagpoles in the 700 block of Calhoun Avenue. The flags were valued at $600.

• A flagpole was cut and an American flag was reported stolen at 9:38 a.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of Whittier Street. Replacement value was estimated at $1,500.

• Heating fuel worth $675 was reported stolen at 10:23 a.m. Tuesday in the 3300 block of Meander Way.

Vandalism:

• A 41-year-old man reported at 5:58 p.m. Monday that a window was broken in his Pontiac Vibe in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road.

• A building in the 2400 block of Mendenhall Road received $100 in damage due to spray paint, according to a Tuesday morning report.
