Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Gene W. Chilton III, 20, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from an Aug. 12, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Chilton $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.
Dale N. Williams, 47, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from a Feb. 6, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .182 percent. Sivertsen imposed 180 days in jail with 150 suspended, fined Williams $4,000 with $1,000 suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.
