A rock bald eagle design made by Wyoming artist Terri Stardust is seen Saturday near Douglas Breeze In. Two bald eagles perch at the water's edge in the distance. Owner of Stardust Copper Designs in Worland, Wyo., Stardust was in Juneau last week completing her Phoenix Project - a mission to create a state bird out of found objects in each 50 states. She made two bald eagles, one of rocks and one of driftwood, near the Douglas side of the Douglas Bridge. "I have completed a journey of many miles and many experiences," she writes. "I am so happy to have been able to see this project become a reality." A reception for Stardust's project will be held March 17 in Gillette, Wyo.
