Temperatures dropped to 10 degrees in the city and minus numbers on Eaglecrest on Sunday with gusts of wind up to 37 mph on the mountain. A high wind advisory was in effect through this morning for the Juneau area. Gusts up to 70 mph were recorded in the Juneau and Douglas areas.
