• On Feb. 18, 2008, a son, Marcos Raul Lopez, weighing 7 pounds, 12 ounces, to Terrie Marie Goenett and Raul Correa Lopez, of Juneau.

• On Feb. 19, 2008, a daughter, Bethany Kay Frye, weighing 6 pounds, 5 ounces, to Jilie Ray O'Connor, of Juneau.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Timothy Miller, 21, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Aug. 3, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .068 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Miller $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Robert Hull, 51, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 10, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .092 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Hull $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Setsu Nomura, 15, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Dec. 15, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .132 percent. Sivertsen imposed 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended, fined Nomura $5,000 with $2,000 suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.

• Kyle Anderson, 49, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Dec. 15, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .363 percent. Levy imposed 365 days in jail with 305 days suspended, fined Anderson $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for two years.
