Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

Police arrested Victoria Rose Alex, 27, about 2 a.m. today on Glacier Highway for drunken driving, driving with a blood-alcohol level over 0.10 percent and driving with a revoked license. She was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Thefts, losses:

A man, 48, reported shortly before 11 a.m. Tuesday that he lost his black Motorola cell phone sometime during the past week.

Big Kmart requested assistance about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday with an apparent case of theft by an employee, a woman, 37. Investigation continues.

Big Kmart requested police assistance shortly before 8 p.m. Tuesday with an employee, a woman, 27, being detained for theft. Investigation continues.

A man, 41, reported about 1 a.m. today that his 14-year-old son's CDs were stolen while he was at Cornerstone juvenile residence. Investigation continues.


A man, 50, was arrested about 5 p.m. Tuesday for criminal trespass and domestic violence assault at a downtown residence. He was lodged at state prison.


A woman, 60, reported shortly before 10 a.m. Tuesday that a portable toilet at Melvin Park had been damaged. Apparently, a vehicle rammed the toilet against rocks, totaling it. Replacement value is $1,500.

Vehicle accidents:

A man, 18, attempted to park on Spruce Street about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. He failed to put his vehicle in reverse, and rolled forward into a parked vehicle. The responding officer estimated the parked vehicle suffered $1,500 damage. The suspect vehicle had no damage.


Staff at Dzantik'i Heeni Middle School reported shortly before 11 a.m. a disturbance involving a boy, 11, armed with scissors. The school handled the incident, but Juneau Police documented it.

Shortly before 1 a.m. today, a man, 23, was arrested in a supermarket parking lot in the Mendenhall Valley for driving with a revoked license. Another man, 23, was arrested for allowing an unlicensed driver to operate a motor vehicle. Both were released at the scene.

After responding to a noise complaint at Geneva Woods about 1:30 a.m. today, police arrested a man, 25, for violating conditions of release; a woman, 24, for disturbing the peace; and a woman, 24, for trespassing. Alcohol was involved.
