Mattson was additionally charged with two counts of reckless endangerment, one for each passenger in his vehicle. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Warrant arrests:

At 11:41 p.m. Wednesday, a woman, 36, was arrested at a hotel on South Franklin Street on two outstanding Juneau Police Department warrants and lodged at state prison. One warrant was $500 cash. The other was $250 cash. Both were issued for failure to appear on an original charge of domestic violence assault. Alcohol was involved in Wednesday's arrest.

Power was out for a short period during the replacement, affecting only a few homes on North Douglas, Stone said this morning.

About 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, a man, 19, was cited on Riverside Drive for driving while his license was revoked. He was released at the scene. The vehicle was released to a licensed driver.
