ANCHORAGE — The city of Anchorage is changing cell phone and Internet companies in a move officials say will save $411,000 over three years.
The Anchorage Daily News reports the city is switching in March from GCI to ACS.
City financial officer Lucinda Mahoney says the city will get a better phone plan, lower bandwidth costs and improved public access at the Loussac Library.
