JUNEAU - A man accused last fall of exposing and fondling himself in the front window of his home pleaded guilty Friday to a misdemeanor harassment charge.
Robert Tonkin, 46, was originally charged with nine counts of misdemeanor open lewdness stemming from several alleged offenses in 2001.
As part of a plea agreement with the state, eight of the charges were dismissed and one was reduced to harassment.
Tonkin is scheduled to be sentenced in Juneau Superior Court on Monday. Harassment carries a potential sentence of 90 days in prison with a $1,000 fine.
