Anchorage breaks ground for new library

ANCHORAGE - Construction of a new library in Anchorage's Mountain View neighborhood is under way.

Ground was broken Monday for the $4 million Mountain View Library and Community Room.

Funds for the library, which is a Mountain View Revitalization Project, come from the state, federal Department of Housing and Urban Development, and others.
