Police and Fire

Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Thefts:

• A pair of Rayban sunglasses, valued at $180, and $10 in change were reported stolen at 8:21 a.m. Monday from a vehicle parked near Skywood Lane.

• Two pairs of haircutting shears, valued at $750 total, were reported stolen at 10:19 a.m. Monday from Glacier Highway.

• A black leather purse was reported stolen at 12:05 p.m. Monday from a vehicle parked near Glacier Highway.

• A 3-foot-long inflatable replica of an Alaska State Trooper vehicle was reported stolen at 1:52 p.m. Monday from Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek.

• A Phillips 19-inch television was reported stolen at 4:16 p.m. Monday from a shed near Stephen Richards Drive.

Drugs:

• Police found marijuana at 9:44 a.m. Monday near Third Street. It was confiscated to be destroyed.

• Police arrested a boy, 17, for marijuana possession at 11:28 a.m. Monday near Glacier Avenue. He was lodged at the Johnson Youth Center
