Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Domestic dispute:

• Police arrested a man, 40, on a domestic-violence assault charge at 9:26 a.m. Wednesday downtown. The man was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Theft:

• A woman reported at 3:24 p.m. Tuesday that her silver, 5-inch DVD player and battery pack were stolen in the Auke Bay Harbor area. The loss was estimated at $200.

• A man reported at 8:48 a.m. Monday that a Panasonic laptop computer in a leather case was stolen sometime in late February from a Jordan Avenue office near the airport.

• A woman reported the theft of a bicycle at 8:51 a.m. Wednesday near Cedar Drive in the Mendenhall Valley. The loss was estimated at $100.

Vandalism:

• A stop sign was reported at 2:13 p.m. Tuesday to have been sprayed with paint near Killewich and Riverside drives in the Mendenhall Valley. Damage was estimated at $150.

• A police officer reported "vulgar graffiti" at 7:50 a.m. Wednesday on a cement retaining wall in the area near Glacier Avenue and Ross Way. The city street department was notified.

Vehicle accidents:

• A 1992 Geo reportedly struck a 2003 Ford truck at 7:34 a.m. Wednesday near Riverside Drive and Taku Boulevard. Damage to the Geo was estimated at $600. No damage was reported to the Ford.

• At 8:22 a.m. Wednesday, a 2002 Ford Explorer reportedly slid into a ditch due to poor road conditions near Davis and Mountain avenues in the Lemon Creek area.

• A 1995 Ford van reportedly struck a 2000 Ford truck at 8:46 a.m. near Division and Julep streets in the Mendenhall Valley.

Hit and run:

• A man reported at 12:14 p.m. Tuesday that his 1992 Chevrolet truck was struck by an unknown vehicle while parked near Mendenhall Mall Road.

• A woman reported at 3:29 p.m.. Tuesday that her 1989 Mercury Topaz was struck at about 1:30 p.m. Monday by an unknown vehicle on Glacier Highway.

• A man reported at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday that his 2002 Chevrolet was struck while parked near Mendenhall Mall Road.
