Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

• Thomas June, 55, was arrested at 7:14 p.m. Tuesday near North Douglas Highway for drunken driving. He also was charged with reckless endangerment. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• Cody Taylor, 27, was arrested for drunken driving at 10:38 p.m. Tuesday near North Douglas Highway. He was lodged at the state prison.

• Evan Whitman, 20, was arrested at 2:32 a.m. today near Mendenhall Loop Road for drunken driving. A man, 20, and a woman, 18, also were cited for underage drinking. Whitman was lodged at the state prison.


• A black leather wallet was reported stolen at 7:25 a.m. Tuesday from an unlocked 1999 Ford pickup truck parked near West 12th Street.

• A wallet was reported stolen Sunday evening near Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek.

• A nylon CD case with about 36 CDs was reported stolen at 11:01 a.m. Tuesday from a vehicle parked near Dixon Street. The CDs are valued at about $600.

• A purse was reported stolen at 6:47 p.m. Tuesday near the Brotherhood Bridge parking lot. The purse contained cash and credit cards.


• Police cited and released a boy, 17, for sixth-degree misconduct, a misdemeanor, at 7:14 p.m. Tuesday near Vintage Boulevard.

Vehicle accidents:

• Police issued a verbal warning to a woman, 44, for improper backing following a two-vehicle accident at 10:32 a.m. Tuesday near Glacier Highway. A 1990 Volvo, driven by the woman, struck a 1997 Plymouth Neon, driven by a man, 20. The Volvo sustained $750 in damage and the Plymouth sustained $2,000. The man was cited for not having proof of insurance.

• No one was injured as a result of a two-vehicle accident at 4:29 p.m. Tuesday near Glacier Highway and Fritz Cove Road. A 1987 blue Subaru, driven by a woman, 19, struck a 1994 Jeep Wrangler, driven by a woman, 53. Both vehicles sustained about $500 in damage.


• A vehicle was reported rifled at 10:19 p.m. Tuesday near Glacier Highway in Auke Bay. Nothing was reported missing.

• Police arrested a man, 40, for criminal trespass at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday near Marine Way. He was lodged at the state prison. Police believe alcohol was a factor.

Juneau Crime Line Inc. is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest or indictment of the person or people responsible for stealing a tow dolly from Tyler Rental. The dolly, valued at $2,500, is described as a blue and silver Croft dolly, model number CG8507. The dolly's serial number is 15DF101W31AA04087.
