Basic disaster first aid and triage.
Basic fire fighting.
Light search and rescue to determine if a building is safe to enter and how to search it.
Terrorism risks and response.
Emergency communications and how to organize a neighborhood team.
The class starts at 6:30 p.m. March 11 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 5100 Glacier Highway, across from Western Auto. People who have attended prior classes are welcome back for refresher training.
