Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Domestic dispute:

• Police arrested a man, 34, on charges of domestic-violence assault and interfering with a report of a domestic-violence crime at 11:26 p.m. Wednesday in the Mendenhall Valley. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


• At 11:15 a.m. Thursday, a man reported his Nokia cellular telephone was stolen sometime Tuesday night from his unlocked van while it was parked in the area of Coogan Drive in the Lemon Creek area. The phone was valued at $150.


• At 2:04 p.m. Wednesday, a woman reported that the hood on her 1996 Mercury Cougar was scraped sometime Tuesday night as it was parked in Juneau.

Vehicle accidents:

• A man, 36, reported at 2:33 p.m. Wednesday that he was struck in the knee by a vehicle on Front Street. He said the woman operating the vehicle stopped, but she was gone when officers arrived on the scene. No vehicle description was available.

• Police reported that a woman, 21, sustained a minor injury in an accident at 10:42 a.m. Thursday on North Douglas Highway. The woman, driving a 1995 Dodge Neon, lost control of the car on the slushy roadway and struck the guardrail. Damage to the car was estimated at more than $5,000.

Warrant arrest:

• Police arrested a man, 20, on a warrant at 11:28 p.m. Wednesday near Glacier Highway, charging him with failing to appear for a court hearing. They lodged him at the state prison.

Lost property:

• A woman reported losing a black purse at 3:25 p.m. Wednesday in Juneau.

• A woman reported losing a brown wallet at 5:46 p.m. Wednesday in Juneau.
