JUNEAU - An Arizona man pleaded guilty in Juneau District Court on Tuesday on charges that he falsely claimed to be an Alaska resident on fishing and hunting license applications.
Todd Shumway, 39, was sentenced to pay a $10,000 fine, with none of it suspended, according to Alaska State Troopers.
In addition, Shumway's sport fishing and hunting privileges were revoked for five years.
