Basch, Olson to wed March 24

Constance Basch and Eric Olson will be married in a small ceremony on March 24, a year to the day after they first met. The wedding will be held at the Baranof Hotel in Juneau with family and friends present.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Pastor Greg and Marsy Basch of Haines. She is a former preschool teacher and now provides in-home day care for a Juneau dental office.

The groom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Hjalmar E. Olson of Dillingham. He is a graduate of the University of Alaska Anchorage and is the fisheries quota manager for the Bristol Bay Economic Development Corp. in Dillingham.

The maid of honor will be Kimberly Johnson and the best man Johathan Smith.

The couple plans to honeymoon in Mexico later in the year.
