U.S. Post Office letter carrier John Castillo delivers mail Tuesday as snow falls on 12th street. Castillo was operating by a well-known but unofficial postal service motto: "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds."
