Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Richard J. Dailey, 49, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from a Sept. 5, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .225. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 120 days in jail with 90 days suspended, fined Dailey $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for two years.
Chelsee Chalmers, 25, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Nov. 28, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .208 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 46 days in jail with 40 suspended, fined Chalmers $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.
Amy M. Skeek, 21, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Dec. 20, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .191 percent. Superior Court Judge Philip M. Pallenberg imposed 90 days in jail with 85 suspended, fined Skeek $1,500 with none suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for three years.
